Humane Police Officer

The Monroe Animal League is pleased to welcome Chris Martin as our volunteer Humane Society Police Officer or Monroe County. Chris has been a resident of the country for 39 years and knows the area well. Should you see a situation in Monroe County which you feel may be an animal abuse case, please give us a call at 570-476-8444, and we will handle as soon as possible.

Through the generosity of the ESSA Bank and Trust Foundation, MAL has purchased a vehicle for our Humane Society Police Officer's use. This is a great start and now the vehicle must be maintained. It needs fuel, servicing, insurance and general upkeep. The league seeks your help and would appreciate any donations in order to make this project successful and on-going. Thank you for your interest. Send donations to Monroe Animal League, P.O. Box 23, Stroudsburg, PA 18360.
